Why You Should Search For Niles Cruises 2012 Now
It’s that point in the year once again. I haven’t booked a holiday this year so I get to sit and listen to my friends talking about their holiday plans. I am incredibly jealous as I hear them talking about their plans for Mekong river cruises and such. Though my reason for not heading away on a summer trip is pretty good, I’ve splashed out on a holiday to California for two weeks next year. Plus the fact I spent a lot of money going on a fantastic Nile river cruise last summer. So, in order for me to start thinking more positively and I shall share my experiences from last summer with you all.
I had been considering Mediterranean cruises with my girlfriend for a couple of years. We’d both discussed finances and put enough cash away to book the holiday when my parents recommended looking at the option of a Nile river cruise. After researching through travel brochures and watching guides online we were sold. As we’re both really interested in Egyptian life this was essentially a perfect experience in waiting. We managed to get a great deal through The Luxury Cruise Co who I’d highly recommend. The cruise was amazing, we saw every significant monument, attraction or area of interest you can imagine. We were fortunate to even get a look at some of the preserved temples. The Valley of Kings was just astonishing and somewhere I now feel so lucky to have been able to witness first hand. There were a range of days trips available and the staff were very keen to share details and offer advice which was great. One on day trip we visited Kom Ombo where we were able to see the temple dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile god. If you’re keen to see all the magnificent, mysterious attractions Egypt has to offer, I’m certain the best way is via a Nile river cruise. Choosing to book a Nile cruise will allow you an introduction and outlook on Egypt like no other accommodation can come close to.
