For how long can you keep the paid members happy? When you answer these questions you’ll have a much easier time coming up with great tactics for combating problems with unique solutions.

Analyze Your Own Concept: In order to make your membership site successful, it’s really important that you grade the concept that you’re aiming to go for – is it going to work for your target audience or something else would be a better idea? You already know about your competition; how does your concept measure up? If you’re only working with something you’ve recycled from someone else, it is time to go back to the drawing board and do some more thinking. Your buyers want you to be original and creative; they don’t buy from cookie cutter sellers.

You’ll have lots of hurdles to clear after the launch of your site and the only way to truly take care of them is to get a really good start. Putting a lot of effort into your pre-launch phase so that the rest of the launch phases go equally well.
